Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the item is already sent, no refund will be processed.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at If the given address is incorrect we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using FedEx, UPS, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 5 business days after processing however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control due to COVID-19 or postal delays.
